The new documents inspection desk of the Federal Register is apparently offline. The new service (Federal Register Announces Launch of New Electronic Public Inspection Desk) was announced last month.

This morning, when I try to reach www.federalregister.gov I get a message saying "Service Unavailable."

regulations.gov is up and working as is the GPO Access Federal Register service.
